WebCraver provides website setup, customization, launch support, and subscription-based ongoing care services for WordPress websites. Services are delivered based on the selected plan and details provided by the client.
WebCraver operates as a service layer and does not act as a full-service digital agency.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to perform services, including theme files, hosting access, content, and branding details. Delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information may affect delivery timelines.
Clients are also responsible for maintaining valid hosting, domain registration, and required third-party licenses.
Each service and care plan includes a defined scope. Requests outside the agreed scope, such as major redesigns, new feature development, or extensive content changes, are not included and may require additional fees or a separate agreement.
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension.
